How we work
Our approach to leadership coaching is grounded in coaching psychology and enhanced through the SUPPLE framework: Strengths, Understanding Uniqueness, Persuasive communication, Positive Psychology principles, Life long learning, and Emotional Intelligence.
We blend these elements into our psycho-educational coaching, giving leaders the opportunity to deepen their self-awareness, develop effective strategies, and tackle real-world challenges with new perspectives.
Through psycho-education on each element, we guide leaders to discover their unique assets, communicate with influence, and cultivate resilience, all while navigating their personal leadership journey.

Flexploration
Our journey begins with exploration! We’ll spend our first hour together diving into your leadership skills, identify any blind spots, understand your unique challenges, and craft a gap analysis along with a roadmap for our partnership.
Strengths unplugged
If you've never worked from a strengths perspective before, we'll ask you to complete a Strengthscope assessment (360 degree profile optional) to uncover what energises you and how to use it.
We’ll also check out your strengths in overdrive and learn how to tone them down.
You'll get a full, comprehensive report to keep, and a 60 minute debrief with us so that you understand how to use it.
Supple coaching I
We’ll start with 3 coaching sessions on the first letters of our SUPPLE acronym: strengths, understanding uniqueness, and persuasion. Each session will include a psycho-educational element so that you understand the psychology of leadership, followed by a 90 minute coaching session. Guided by your goals, we’ll challenge key thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, leaving you with actionable steps for immediate impact.

Future steps
This 60 minute session will allow us to pause and reflect on your progress, assess what's working, and adjust our approach as needed. We'll revisit your initial goals, celebrate any wins, and address any emerging challenges. This checkpoint ensures we’re on track and aligned with your development needs, setting a clear focus for the second half of the coaching journey.
We’ll continue with three more 2 hour sessions focused on the last 3 letters of our SUPPLE acronym: positive psychology, life long learning and emotional intelligence. We’ll continue supporting you in building self-awareness, challenging your thinking, and growing confidence in your authentic leadership style.
In our final hour together, we'll review progress against the initial goals and set strategies to maintain a personalised leadership model that reflects your purpose, values, and strengths, supported by systems that enable authentic, inspiring leadership.

Our flagship program offers a deeply personalised, one-on-one, psycho-educational coaching experience for leadership development. It focuses on six key areas of psychology that are essential for leaders, paired with immediate, practical application to your organisational and personal challenges. We're supple, so we will always flex to your needs if one area needs to be explored more or less than another.
Over 6 x 2 hour sessions, we’ll dive into your strengths, unique style, and how to use your influence. We’ll craft a personalised roadmap and revisit progress to fine-tune along the way. With a focus on emotional intelligence, lifelong learning, and positive psychology, you’ll lead with confidence and clarity.
Along with your Strengthscope profile and our additional three 1-hour sessions—focused on defining our goals, reviewing progress at the midway point, and equipping you with strategies to sustain your personal leadership framework—you’ll be fully prepared to lead with confidence and clarity.
